Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of products do you build?
We will tackle any wooden project and would love to hear your project ideas. Currently we have built tables, console tables, cutting boards, chopping blocks, bowls, trays, spoons and serving trays.
What kind of deposit is required for large custom orders?
For large bulk orders or custom build requests we require a 50% deposit to get in queue and then the remaining 50% upon completion of the order.
How long have you been building?
While the business was founded in late 2020, we have over 15 years experience in the wood shop and in-home customer installations.
What is turn-around time once i order?
Smaller items can typically be built within a week or two if they are not currently in stock. Larger projects can vary in time based on the complexity and design features requested. Contact us today to talk about build times.
Do you do any on-site building?
We build the majority of our items in the workshop, but will entertain on-site installation requests for specialty items such as built-in cabinets.
Will you ship or is it all local pickup?
Our main focus is local pickup, but we will be happy to discuss shipping and freight options for all of our products. Shipping rates subject to vary as finished product weight and shipping rates change.
